Manage the central billing inbox, process invoices, reconcile vendor statements and freight invoices, maintain open-balance reports, and resolve discrepancies. Support vendor onboarding, invoice data validation, financial controls, system integration troubleshooting, and internal platform guidance. The role also identifies workflow bottlenecks and uses technology and AI tools to create scalable process efficiencies while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and vendors.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting reporting, analytics, and AI/ML use cases. Write production Python and SQL code, integrate data from APIs and other sources, establish data governance, implement quality monitoring and alerting, support production incidents, and document technical solutions. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business partners to deliver reliable data infrastructure and insights.

Leads the creation and scaling of an Employee Relations Center of Excellence. Oversees complex investigations, mediation, conflict resolution, ER policies, training, and employee experience initiatives for salaried and hourly teams. Partners with HRBPs, Legal, leadership, and other functions to resolve sensitive matters, improve manager capability, identify ER trends, and build scalable programs. The role requires approximately 10% travel and in-office work four to five days per week.
