Owns the production and scaling of company-wide learning, capability, and culture programs. Responsibilities include managing learning program intake and delivery, administering the LMS, creating learning materials, facilitating sessions, developing culture programming, embedding cultural expectations into onboarding and performance processes, and using employee listening data to guide programming. The role partners across the organization and requires strong organization, communication, design, facilitation, and program-building skills.

Lead architecture and technical strategy across services, guide migrations, define AI strategy and responsible use, align engineering with product and business goals, mentor senior engineers, and drive scalable, resilient data and integration boundaries to improve customer experiences across digital and physical products.

Lead design, build, and operate core systems for subscriptions, pricing, billing, and order generation. Decompose ambiguous problems, own end-to-end data models and production SLAs, mentor engineers, partner cross-functionally, and use TypeScript/GraphQL/Temporal/Postgres/AWS to ship reliable, scalable features.
