Leads daily agronomy operations, including chemical and fertilizer application, crew scheduling, inventory, equipment readiness, employee training, safety, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and seasonal planning. Supervises application personnel, ensures accurate and timely field applications, maintains equipment and facilities, and supports customer and departmental needs in a physically demanding agricultural environment.

Oversee daily grain receiving, drying, conditioning, storage, blending, inventory, and loading operations. Operate and monitor grain-handling equipment, maintain quality and safety standards, coordinate staff, train employees, and support workflow during peak harvest periods. Perform equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility upkeep. Ensure OSHA, DOT, and environmental compliance while providing professional service to cooperative patrons and assisting with customer concerns.

Operate grain receiving, drying, storage, and outbound loading equipment; monitor grain quality; perform equipment inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting; operate mobile equipment; maintain a clean and safe facility; support OSHA and grain-handling compliance; and provide professional service to farmers and truck drivers. The role requires seasonal flexibility, physical work, safety awareness, and willingness to learn agricultural equipment and technology.

Operates feed mill equipment to receive, verify, weigh, mix, pellet, bag, and load animal feed. Uses feed mill software, monitors production processes, documents batch details, performs minor equipment maintenance, and maintains housekeeping and safety standards. The role requires mechanical ability, basic math, mobile equipment operation, physical stamina, and flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays during peak agricultural seasons.

Support daily agronomy operations by operating and maintaining equipment and automated systems, handling high-value products safely, enforcing safety procedures, collaborating with teams, and working extended seasonal hours. Training provided; CDL and applicator licensing obtainable through employer.

Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships for beef products, lead and train the ruminant sales team, analyze feedlot performance, use cattle risk protection and marketing strategies, grow accounts, coordinate cross-sell opportunities, plan/report sales calls, and resolve customer issues.

Oversees the Farm Service Repair team and Hog Store operations. Manages vendor relationships, orders products, assists with design and estimating of new and renovated hog barns, supports marketing and large projects, and enforces safety and customer service standards.
