Operate and maintain agronomy equipment and automated systems, manage high-value products safely, follow safety procedures, collaborate across departments, and perform physical outdoor work. Training provided for licensing and equipment; flexibility for seasonal hours and heavy lifting required.

Lead shift production at a feed mill, supervise and train operators, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, manage inventory and records, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with dispatch and other mills.

Develop and maintain producer relationships to grow grain procurement and market share. Provide market insights, manage grain contracts and settlements, support hedging and risk management, coordinate with merchandisers, operations, logistics, and accounting, and ensure efficient movement and grading of grain during peak seasons.
