Administer multi-location payroll and employee benefits, ensure regulatory compliance (payroll taxes, COBRA, FMLA, OSHA), manage workers' compensation and OSHA records, coordinate enrollments and vendor relationships, reconcile reports and invoices, support audits, onboarding, and HR initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and process improvements.

Plan and execute retail promotions and seasonal campaigns for Member's Cut and HTBC. Oversees the Farm Service Repair team and Hog Store operations. Manages vendor relationships, orders products, assists with design and estimating of new and renovated hog barns, supports marketing and large projects, and enforces safety and customer service standards.

Operate and maintain grain handling equipment (receiving, drying, storage, loading). Monitor grain quality, perform daily inspections, troubleshoot and perform hands-on maintenance, operate mobile equipment, and ensure safety and customer service during seasonal peak periods.

Oversee daily grain receiving, drying, conditioning, storage, and loading operations. Lead and train staff, ensure grain quality and inventory accuracy, maintain equipment and facility cleanliness, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, and support patrons during peak harvest seasons.

Develop and maintain producer relationships across an assigned territory to grow grain supply and market share. Provide pricing, market trend advice, manage grain contracts (delivered and FOB), support hedging and risk management, coordinate with merchandising, operations, logistics and accounting, and assist with customer service, complaint resolution, and direct-ship business development.

Support daily agronomy operations by operating and maintaining equipment and automated systems, handling high-value products safely, enforcing safety procedures, collaborating with teams, and working extended seasonal hours. Training provided; CDL and applicator licensing obtainable through employer.
