Operate and maintain grain handling equipment (receiving, drying, storage, loading). Monitor grain quality, perform daily inspections, troubleshoot and perform hands-on maintenance, operate mobile equipment, and ensure safety and customer service during seasonal peak periods.

Oversee daily grain receiving, drying, conditioning, storage, and loading operations. Lead and train staff, ensure grain quality and inventory accuracy, maintain equipment and facility cleanliness, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, and support patrons during peak harvest seasons.

Lead daily feed mill operations and production on assigned shifts, supervise and train employees, enforce safety, environmental and quality controls, manage inventory and operational records, perform minor maintenance, and coordinate with dispatch and other mills to ensure efficient, safe, on-schedule production.
