Supports budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, financial statement preparation, KPI reporting, dashboards, variance analysis, CAPEX evaluation, sales and operations analytics, ERP data integrity, product costing, auditing, and lender and investor reporting. The role partners cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and accounting teams to convert financial and operational data into actionable insights and support strategic decisions.

Drives profitable revenue growth and market share across a regional territory through prospecting, account management, broker management, market analysis, negotiations, and sales execution. Develops regional sales plans, builds pipelines, expands customer relationships, manages broker performance, monitors competitors, forecasts revenue, and partners cross-functionally to launch new business. Requires regular regional travel for customer, broker, and market development activities.

Provides administrative and documentation support for agricultural compliance, grower onboarding, flock records, audits, inspections, certifications, and animal welfare programs. Reviews invoices and records, maintains grower files, prepares audit materials, tracks corrective actions, coordinates inspections and meetings, and communicates with growers, farm partners, processors, and internal teams. The role operates across office, plant, and farm environments in Virginia and West Virginia.

Plans and schedules preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize crew utilization. Maintains equipment records and work orders in the CMMS, manages parts and service requisitions, develops weekly schedules, tracks maintenance performance, and prepares reliability reports and scorecards. Collaborates with maintenance, production, QA, safety, IT, and other departments to prioritize work and continuously improve maintenance processes.

Paid, full-time 10-week summer internship with departmental assignments based on the intern’s program of study. Interns support projects and daily operations, create a learning plan, receive mentorship, collaborate cross-functionally, and attend company events. Assignments may span marketing, finance, sales, customer service, supply chain, quality assurance, technology, human resources, and training. The role is primarily on-site in Harrisonburg, Virginia, may involve production environments, varied schedules, and occasional local travel.

Supports a proactive safety culture in a production facility by conducting floor-based observations, inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Identifies unsafe conditions, documents findings, supports safety training and employee communication, monitors policy compliance, and follows up on corrective actions. The role spends at least 80% of its time on the production floor, works with supervisors and employees, and requires availability for first or second shift.

Leads plant food safety and quality assurance functions, including inspections, audits, corrective actions, food safety planning, HACCP and preventive-control compliance. Manages FSQA personnel, staffing, budgets, reporting, customer feedback, root-cause analysis, allergen controls, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, vendors, customers, and USDA representatives to ensure products meet regulatory, customer, and company standards.

Coordinates and maintains the site Process Safety Management program for ammonia refrigeration systems. Responsibilities include regulatory documentation, OSHA and EPA audit support, employee and contractor training, Management of Change, Pre-Startup Safety Reviews, Process Hazard Analyses, safety assessments, emergency preparedness, corrective-action tracking, and coordination with refrigeration, maintenance, operations, contractors, and leadership.

Supervise trim-line production to meet orders and quality standards. Manage ~40 team members, enforce GMP/HACCP and safety, track yields/efficiencies, coordinate maintenance and USDA interactions, and drive continuous improvement.

Provide high-level, confidential executive support to the CFO including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination and note-taking, contract administration, legal document and records management, audit and compliance coordination, expense processing, special project support, and liaison work with internal and external stakeholders.
