Support live poultry operations with budgeting, forecasting, cost and inventory analysis. Monitor production costs, identify savings, prepare reports/dashboards, ensure compliance, reconcile grower inventory, and advise leadership to improve profitability and controls.

Provide high-level, confidential executive support to the CFO including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination and note-taking, contract administration, legal document and records management, audit and compliance coordination, expense processing, special project support, and liaison work with internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee Trim Line operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards. Manage staff, facilitate training, and optimize processes to meet production goals while complying with GMP and HACCP standards.
