Supports budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, financial statement preparation, KPI reporting, dashboards, variance analysis, CAPEX evaluation, sales and operations analytics, ERP data integrity, product costing, auditing, and lender and investor reporting. The role partners cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and accounting teams to convert financial and operational data into actionable insights and support strategic decisions.

Drives profitable revenue growth and market share across a regional territory through prospecting, account management, broker management, market analysis, negotiations, and sales execution. Develops regional sales plans, builds pipelines, expands customer relationships, manages broker performance, monitors competitors, forecasts revenue, and partners cross-functionally to launch new business. Requires regular regional travel for customer, broker, and market development activities.

Provides administrative and documentation support for agricultural compliance, grower onboarding, flock records, audits, inspections, certifications, and animal welfare programs. Reviews invoices and records, maintains grower files, prepares audit materials, tracks corrective actions, coordinates inspections and meetings, and communicates with growers, farm partners, processors, and internal teams. The role operates across office, plant, and farm environments in Virginia and West Virginia.
