Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance, manage P&L performance, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, KPI reporting, cost optimization, revenue growth analysis, process improvement, and communicating financial insights. The role also leads people and promotes financial alignment, profitability, and long-term business health across the organization.

Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing in Portugal, including absences, allowances, overtime, statutory reporting, tax compliance, reconciliations, audits, and complex query resolution. Serve as the Workday and SAP Payroll expert, manage data synchronization and UAT, improve and automate workflows, and support People Team projects. Collaborate with global stakeholders while ensuring payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Portuguese labor, tax, and social security requirements.

Receives and processes incoming consigned merchandise, authenticates products, records inventory details, identifies discrepancies, and maintains accurate records for high-value goods. The role supports warehouse operations, product lifecycle management, consignor relationships, and efficient space utilization while following quality, safety, and procedural standards. Candidates need strong data-entry, organizational, spreadsheet, inventory-system, and product-authentication skills, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
