Build and scale AI-driven automation for catalogue and content operations. The role covers problem discovery, prototyping, backend and pipeline development, production deployment, monitoring, optimization, and ROI measurement. Responsibilities include developing GenAI and LLM workflows, orchestrating Python and Airflow services, implementing RAG and tool-calling systems, applying AI safety practices, evaluating emerging technologies, and helping establish a reusable AI capability across business and technical teams.

Lead a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers building personalization systems for search, recommendations, and customer experiences. Own the machine learning roadmap, provide technical oversight, guide end-to-end model development and productionization, and ensure system quality through testing and monitoring. Partner with senior leadership and product stakeholders, manage delivery priorities, and support team development and continuous technical innovation.

Develop and optimize promotional campaigns, loyalty rewards, and customer growth initiatives to increase engagement, repeat purchases, lifetime value, and ROI. Manage promotional planning, budgeting, segmentation, testing, execution, reporting, and cross-functional optimization across marketing, analytics, finance, product, and creative teams. Present actionable recommendations to senior leadership and support individual development.
