Build scalable customer lifecycle processes, templates, health scoring, QBRs, and implementation playbooks while partnering with operations, engineering, and leadership.

Identify, engage, and qualify contractors across home services through high-volume outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone). Book qualified meetings, conduct discovery, maintain CRM discipline, iterate on messaging and sequences, and hand off researched opportunities to AEs while helping refine the go-to-market playbook.

Build end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and model orchestration. Ship daily releases, build internal tools, own customer problems without PMs, and work with LLM providers and the full TypeScript stack.
