Supports talent acquisition operations, pre-employment screening, onboarding, orientation, internship and co-op programs, HRIS reporting, workforce analytics, and affirmative action compliance. Administers ADP Recruiting workflows, maintains recruitment records and documentation, coordinates new hire processes, manages university relationships, tracks program metrics, and supports AAP, EEO, and OFCCP activities. Partners with hiring managers, HR leaders, candidates, employees, and vendors to improve recruiting processes, data integrity, compliance, and employee experience.

Supports inside CNC sales by preparing quotes and proposals, managing key accounts and orders, resolving customer issues, maintaining pricing and bills of materials, and identifying growth opportunities. The role collaborates with field sales, engineering, IT, and internal departments; uses Oracle, CRM, CPQ, and related systems; supports product demonstrations and training; and improves sales-support processes. It requires CNC or factory automation sales experience, customer relationship skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities.

Supports Project Managers in delivering automation system projects on schedule, within budget, and to customer expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and planning teams; tracking project financials, forecasts, schedules, revenue, invoices, procurement, and payments; coordinating installations, shipping, testing, and customer runoffs; improving project management and Oracle ERP processes; and traveling to customer and FANUC sites as needed.
