Lead strategic sales and account growth for FANUC’s AI, robotics, and emerging technology ecosystem. Build executive relationships with robotics startups, AI companies, investors, universities, and enterprise customers. Develop account plans, identify automation opportunities, coordinate facility audits and partners, conduct business reviews, and influence product strategy through market insights. The role requires capital equipment sales experience, robotics or automation industry knowledge, C-suite selling experience, understanding of Physical AI systems, customer-site visits, and a valid driver’s license.

Lead FANUC robotics software development for customer projects, including requirements gathering, functional specifications, KAREL/TPP/PMC programming, application integration, validation, installation, startup, quoting support, and customer training. The role focuses on body shop automation applications such as welding, dispensing, riveting, clinching, flow drilling, vision, and collaborative robots.

Leads advanced CNC programming, machining process optimization, tooling and workholding design, equipment integration, documentation, quality compliance, and continuous improvement. Programs 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers and multi-axis lathes using Mastercam and FANUC controls. Mentors CNC programmers, machinists, and junior engineers while partnering with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve throughput, reduce scrap, maintain print compliance, and support scalable manufacturing operations.
