Own Famly’s design system and frontend infrastructure. Build production-quality React and TypeScript components, create robust APIs, maintain documentation, manage versioning and releases, and ensure accessibility, consistency, testing, and visual quality. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to evolve reusable patterns, prototype quickly, and ensure design intent translates effectively into production.

Manage a portfolio of SMB customers across the UK and Nordics, building relationships, reducing churn, driving adoption, and identifying upsell opportunities. Analyze account usage and performance data, conduct customer reviews, educate clients on product features, gather feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Advisory, and Product teams to improve customer outcomes and recurring revenue.

Develop frontend and backend product functionality, especially onboarding experiences. Build integrations and data pipelines connecting product, CRM, marketing, web data, and data warehouse systems. Design scalable data models, improve data quality and reliability, and translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions. The role requires collaboration across commercial, product, technology, finance, legal, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

Lead strategic relationships with complex enterprise accounts across the Netherlands and Nordics to drive expansion, retention, and commercial growth. Design account strategies, identify upsell opportunities, manage rollouts, deliver training, enable other KAMs, act as customer advocate across teams, and own forecasting and portfolio reporting for leadership.

Build and own US new-business pipeline through outbound prospecting, shadow sales calls, and progress into running full-cycle deals from first outreach through close. Manage and grow a personal book of business, contribute to pricing/positioning, and help create scalable go-to-market playbooks while working primarily onsite in Rosslyn, Arlington, VA.

Lead Famly's largest UK enterprise accounts with executive-level relationship management; design long-term account strategies, drive retention and upsell, enable and mentor other KAMs, act as voice of the customer across teams, and own forecasting and reporting for leadership.

Lead technical onboarding of large enterprise customers: run implementation projects, translate requirements into development plans, coordinate integrations and SSO, work with Product and Key Account Managers, and manage a small team delivering enterprise features and integrations.
