Requires collaboration with mental health professionals and culturally sensitive engagement with diverse populations.

Support HR Director by ensuring compliance with federal, state, and agency HR policies. Onboard and credential clinical hires, track documentation and training, register background checks and online courses, coordinate orientation and training classes, analyze TA/HR data and present insights, file certifications, and follow up on outstanding documentation.
