Family Ties, Inc. was founded in 1994 to provide intensive, home-based counseling and community integration services for families and children. Its mission is to assist families in the skill and resource development necessary to safely maintain children in their home, operating on the conviction that lasting behavioral change begins with a shift in values through targeted support and education delivered in the home and community.
