Manages Interstate Compact and Out of County Supervision cases involving children and families. Conducts home visits and assessments, evaluates placement safety and risks, coordinates services, supports caregivers, prepares documentation and court updates, participates in staffing and judicial reviews, responds to crises, and joins an on-call rotation. The role requires collaboration with child welfare teams and compliance with Florida statutes, agency policies, confidentiality standards, and quality requirements.

Manage FSFN and Mindshare user accounts, perform quarterly audits and full caseload reassignments, merge duplicate cases/providers, run cleanup reports, and maintain accurate FSFN records.

Supports grant opportunity research, application preparation and submission, data collection, reporting, and compliance. Maintains grant records, coordinates with staff and community partners, and travels periodically between regional offices.

Perform Live Scan fingerprinting and criminal/civil background screenings, schedule appointments, collect documentation and fees, assist with diligent searches, maintain confidentiality, and support related administrative and training activities per state and DCF policy.

Prepare, sort, audit, and file client case documents according to federal, state, and agency regulations. Maintain accurate case lists, facilitate file access, prepare hearing notices, and support quality assurance and customer service related to client records.
