Manage FSFN and Mindshare user accounts, perform quarterly audits and full caseload reassignments, merge duplicate cases/providers, run cleanup reports, and maintain accurate FSFN records.

Supports grant opportunity research, application preparation and submission, data collection, reporting, and compliance. Maintains grant records, coordinates with staff and community partners, and travels periodically between regional offices.

Lead and deliver child-welfare training programs: develop curriculum, facilitate instructor-led and e-learning sessions (Captivate, iMeet, FSFN), assess trainee competency, create Individual Learning Plans, and ensure training compliance with Florida statutes and agency models. Coordinate with USF, evaluate training impact, and support continuous improvement of in-service and statewide mandatory trainings.
