Teams at FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES OF SUNCOAST LLC

Supports the Director of Youth Well-Being and Clinical Permanency Supports by coordinating schedules, meetings, documentation, data tracking, reminders, community partner resources, events, onboarding, and office supplies. The role maintains records, prepares meeting summaries, communicates with staff and partners, and resolves routine administrative matters independently.

Manages Interstate Compact and Out of County Supervision cases involving children and families. Conducts home visits and assessments, evaluates placement safety and risks, coordinates services, supports caregivers, prepares documentation and court updates, participates in staffing and judicial reviews, responds to crises, and joins an on-call rotation. The role requires collaboration with child welfare teams and compliance with Florida statutes, agency policies, confidentiality standards, and quality requirements.

Supports grant opportunity research, application preparation and submission, data collection, reporting, and compliance. Maintains grant records, coordinates with staff and community partners, and travels periodically between regional offices.
