Manage full-cycle recruitment for agency roles with emphasis on clinical hires. Source and screen candidates using active and passive channels, maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate with leadership and staffing agencies, support onboarding and background checks, attend career fairs, and improve employer branding and recruiting tools.

Provide clinical supervision to clinicians across behavioral health centers, lead multidisciplinary treatment programs, manage clinical emergencies and crisis intervention, maintain a caseload and run groups as needed, review and update treatment plans, lead DBT consultation, deliver staff training, monitor productivity and compliance, and act as a community liaison to support client engagement.

Provide outpatient psychiatric care including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, intake/screening, record review and treatment plan sign-off. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, supervise staff, provide community education and referrals, and support continuity of services at Behavioral Health Centers in the Mid-Hudson Valley.

Provides individual and group psychotherapy to justice-involved individuals in a jail-based RESTART program, performs assessments (including COMPAS/COMPAS-R), develops treatment and transition plans, documents in Northpointe, coordinates community referrals, attends supervision and team meetings, and may provide virtual community sessions and occasional outside appointments.
