Provide outpatient psychiatric care including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, intake/screening, record review and treatment plan sign-off. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, supervise staff, provide community education and referrals, and support continuity of services at Behavioral Health Centers in the Mid-Hudson Valley.

Provide individual and group counseling and psychotherapy to incarcerated individuals in the RESTART jail-based program. Conduct assessments, develop and update treatment and transition plans, administer COMPAS/COMPAS-R, document case records in Northpointe, coordinate with community providers, attend team meetings and supervision, and occasionally provide community or virtual therapy and attend outside appointments.

Serve as the initial contact for clients and referrals, promoting re-engagement in behavioral health services through outreach, scheduling, documentation, EHR updates, education about services, and coordination with clinical teams. Track communications, maintain compliance, and provide alternate scheduling to improve attendance and access.
