Lead development and management of behavioral health quality measurement and improvement systems. Define measures, build dashboards, lead the Quality Improvement Committee, manage a portfolio of improvement projects, partner with Health Informatics/EHR, train leaders in QI methods, supervise support staff, and align QI work to organizational strategy and measurable outcomes.

Provide outpatient psychiatric care including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, intake/screening, record review and treatment plan sign-off. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, supervise staff, provide community education and referrals, and support continuity of services at Behavioral Health Centers in the Mid-Hudson Valley.

Provides individual and group psychotherapy to justice-involved individuals in a jail-based RESTART program, performs assessments (including COMPAS/COMPAS-R), develops treatment and transition plans, documents in Northpointe, coordinates community referrals, attends supervision and team meetings, and may provide virtual community sessions and occasional outside appointments.
