Provide jail-based case management for justice-involved individuals: complete COMPAS assessments, develop transition plans, refer to community services, facilitate groups, maintain records and progress notes in Northpointe, attend supervision and stakeholder meetings, and coordinate post-release supports.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for agency roles with emphasis on clinical hires. Source and screen candidates using active and passive channels, maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate with leadership and staffing agencies, support onboarding and background checks, attend career fairs, and improve employer branding and recruiting tools.

Provide clinical supervision to clinicians across behavioral health centers, lead multidisciplinary treatment programs, manage clinical emergencies and crisis intervention, maintain a caseload and run groups as needed, review and update treatment plans, lead DBT consultation, deliver staff training, monitor productivity and compliance, and act as a community liaison to support client engagement.
