Unpaid CQI intern supporting quality improvement, data management, process mapping, KPI reporting, performance analysis, root cause analysis, workforce development, DEIB initiatives, and project research. The intern will create charts, analyze trends, assist with audits and training programs, develop recommendations, attend meetings, and complete weekly deliverables under the supervision of the CQI Director.

Processes accounts payable, vendor documentation, recurring expense logs, contract analysis reports, payments, deposits, credit card activity, 1099s, and mileage vouchers. Compares schedules against trial balances, supports audits, manages caregiver payments, and maintains accurate financial records. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, independent work, and computer proficiency, with an associate degree in accounting preferred.

Lead and oversee the Guardianship program's legal work: review cases, handle court appearances and legal/financial decisions, draft pleadings and correspondence, supervise legal administrative staff, manage pager rotation, and ensure timely billing and calendar management for clients (elders and individuals with disabilities).
