Provide front-desk support at a Family Resource Center: greet clients, answer phones, complete referrals, manage electronic and paper filing, track statistics, maintain resource displays, assist with event logistics, and communicate messages to program staff in a trauma-informed manner.

Support the Program Director in daily site operations, staff supervision, curriculum implementation, compliance with EEC regulations, family engagement, facility safety, and serve as Administrator in Charge when the Director is absent.

Provide 1:1 strength-based mentoring to youth, coaching in daily living, social and communication skills, functional skill-building, problem solving and conflict resolution. Work weekdays with flexible late-afternoon/evening hours; travel locally to meet participants.

Support supervision and daily operations of an afterschool daycare site: plan and implement activities, maintain safety, assist with documentation, transportation coordination, and assume site leadership when the Site Coordinator is absent.

Provide direct support to older adults and adults with disabilities in an adult day health program. Assist Activity Director with activity setup, documentation, basic nursing care (vitals, ADLs, restorative tasks), meal service, sanitation, socialization, and emergency response (CPR/Heimlich). Maintain records, report changes, and help implement policies to ensure participant safety and program quality.

Provide part-time HR administrative support including onboarding, data entry into Paylocity/Carelogic/e-Verify, tracking credentials and compliance, coordinating drug screens and orientation, maintaining HR records and reports in Excel, assisting recruitment and event coordination, and general clerical duties.

Lead and oversee the Guardianship program's legal work: review cases, handle court appearances and legal/financial decisions, draft pleadings and correspondence, supervise legal administrative staff, manage pager rotation, and ensure timely billing and calendar management for clients (elders and individuals with disabilities).

Provide food service support at an adult day health program: monitor and document food and fridge temperatures, prepare sandwiches, clean kitchen and dining areas, maintain inventory lists, and follow regulatory and supervisory directions.

Assist the Group Leader in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, supervise children, handle site setup/takedown, maintain equipment, report injuries and behaviors, perform scheduled transportation monitor duties, and work cooperatively with staff. Part-time after-school schedule with increased hours in summer.

Lead a safe, engaging after-school program for school-age children: supervise, plan and implement activities, complete lesson plans and documentation, support team organization, communicate with families and staff, attend training, and maintain program supplies and safety procedures.
