Manage and grow key B2B customer accounts while driving new business, revenue growth, pricing, forecasting, and profitability. Lead customer meetings, negotiations, business reviews, and product development projects. Regular travel is required for customer visits, trade shows, and business development.

Assists production supervision by overseeing staffing, schedules, quality, productivity, shortages, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement. Conducts plant floor walkthroughs, supports foremen and machine operators, troubleshoots operational issues, coordinates product trials and launches, verifies attendance records, and develops corrective action plans. Provides guidance, enforces policies, communicates issues, and serves as backup to the Production Superintendent.

Drive revenue growth through existing account management, new business development, customer relationship building, forecasting, pricing, margin analysis, and sales strategy. Leads capital engineering projects from concept through commissioning and startup in a food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include project scoping, equipment selection, budgeting, scheduling, vendor and contractor coordination, installation, validation, and process optimization. The role supports new product introductions, packaging innovations, facility expansions, production layouts, and regulatory compliance with food safety, environmental, and occupational safety requirements.

Lead manufacturing process improvements focused on safety, quality, throughput, yield, and labor efficiency. Analyze production and downtime data, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Support new product introductions, manufacturing trials, process validation, scale-up, and commercialization. Create process documentation and monitor manufacturing KPIs. Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering on troubleshooting, equipment startups, reliability, and operational effectiveness.
