The role supports new product introductions, packaging innovations, facility expansions, production layouts, and regulatory compliance with food safety, environmental, and occupational safety requirements.

Leads Freshpack’s sales function by growing existing accounts, securing new business, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue and profitability. Responsibilities include sales strategy, forecasting, pricing, margin analysis, negotiations, product development coordination, customer issue resolution, and industry networking. The role supervises Customer Service and Sales Support, supports sales process development, and collaborates across departments to deliver customer solutions. Regular travel is required for customer visits, trade shows, and business development.

Lead manufacturing process improvements focused on safety, quality, throughput, yield, and labor efficiency. Analyze production and downtime data, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Support new product introductions, manufacturing trials, process validation, scale-up, and commercialization. Create process documentation and monitor manufacturing KPIs. Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering on troubleshooting, equipment startups, reliability, and operational effectiveness.
