Manage and grow key B2B customer accounts while driving new business, revenue growth, pricing, forecasting, and profitability. Lead customer meetings, negotiations, business reviews, and product development projects. Coordinate with internal teams, oversee customer service and sales support staff, support collections, and contribute to sales strategy, reporting, recruiting, and process development. Regular travel is required for customer visits, trade shows, and business development.

Assists production supervision by overseeing staffing, schedules, quality, productivity, shortages, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement. Conducts plant floor walkthroughs, supports foremen and machine operators, troubleshoots operational issues, coordinates product trials and launches, verifies attendance records, and develops corrective action plans. Provides guidance, enforces policies, communicates issues, and serves as backup to the Production Superintendent.

Drive revenue growth through existing account management, new business development, customer relationship building, forecasting, pricing, margin analysis, and sales strategy. Lead customer meetings, trade shows, negotiations, and product development initiatives while coordinating internal teams. Supervise Customer Service and Sales Support staff, support sales process development, and contribute to recruiting, training, budgeting, and profitability improvement. Regular travel is required for customer visits and industry events.
