Supervises customer service and sales support staff while coordinating with accounting, operations, product development, and quality teams. Regularly conducts customer visits, trade shows, presentations, and business reviews, with responsibility for strengthening partnerships and expanding market presence.

Develop, program, integrate, test, and maintain PLC-, HMI-, and SCADA-based automation systems for advanced packaging equipment. Lead controls projects from concept through implementation, design control architectures, troubleshoot deployed systems, create technical documentation, and train production and maintenance teams. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers while applying robotics, motion control, industrial communication protocols, and emerging automation technologies.
