Collect, manage, analyze qualitative and quantitative program data to evaluate outcomes and fidelity, build reports and visualizations, support continuous quality improvement, and present findings to stakeholders while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Manage day-to-day operations and oversight of the SBYSP program, supervise clinical staff, provide clinical and crisis stabilization services, manage budgets and data entry (Netsmart, Salesforce/Connex), coordinate with schools and community partners, run meetings and reporting, and ensure compliance with agency policies and HIPAA.

Provide culturally competent mental health and substance use treatment, conduct assessments and treatment planning, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, maintain documentation and productivity standards, and deliver therapy in English and client-preferred languages (Spanish, French, or Creole).

Provide bilingual, trauma-informed therapeutic visitation services to children and families, conduct assessments, create and update visitation plans, document in EHR, coordinate with DCP&P and community supports, transport clients, and deliver parenting interventions and in-home aftercare to promote safe reunification.

Supervise and support a team of therapeutic visitation clinicians while providing direct, trauma-informed in-home and community visitation services. Oversee onboarding, training, documentation, vehicle coordination, case presentations, and collaborate with child welfare (DCP&P) and community supports. Provide therapeutic parenting interventions, create and update visitation plans, transport clients, complete assessments and EHR documentation, and share on-call responsibilities.

Provide culturally competent, trauma-informed individual, group, and family therapy to students and families in school settings. Deliver crisis intervention, coordinate with school staff and community providers, complete documentation in Netsmart/MIS, run suicide screenings (C-SSRS), co-facilitate caregiver groups, supervise after-school activities, participate in supervision, team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement projects.

Provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed therapeutic visitation services including scheduling and conducting home- or community-based visits, assessment and documentation, creating and updating visitation plans, coordinating with DCP&P and providers, linking families to resources, providing parenting support and in-home aftercare, transporting clients, and maintaining timely electronic records.

Supervise and support a team of Supportive Visitation Specialists, provide trauma-informed, family-centered visitation services, ensure documentation and vehicle maintenance, train and onboard staff, coordinate with child welfare and community providers, transport clients, and share on-call and committee responsibilities.

Provide supervised visitation, transport clients safely, maintain vehicle and mileage logs, document services in EHR, assist with front-desk and childcare, communicate with families and agencies in a culturally and trauma-informed manner, and perform site upkeep and administrative tasks as assigned.
