Reviews and assigns service applications, coordinates consultations and meetings, supports applicants and school representatives, manages scheduling systems and paperwork, assists with data collection and reporting, and provides front desk, reception, supply, and administrative support. The role requires professional communication, organization, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, cultural humility, and knowledge of community resources and social services.

Provides culturally competent, trauma-informed individual and family therapy to youth and families in community and telehealth settings. Conducts screenings, brief interventions, referrals, consultations, and crisis support. Collaborates with schools, caregivers, and community partners; monitors referrals and maintains electronic client records in compliance with DCF requirements. Attends supervision, team meetings, and training while maintaining clinical hours and required documentation.

Oversee daily operations of a school-based youth services program, supervise clinical staff, manage budgets, training, data systems, reporting, quality improvement, and community partnerships. Provide clinical and crisis stabilization services, maintain a caseload, support children and families, coordinate referrals, collaborate with schools and agencies, and ensure compliance with policies, funder requirements, confidentiality, and documentation standards.

Collect, manage, analyze qualitative and quantitative program data to evaluate outcomes and fidelity, build reports and visualizations, support continuous quality improvement, and present findings to stakeholders while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Provide culturally competent mental health and substance use treatment, conduct assessments and treatment planning, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, maintain documentation and productivity standards, and deliver therapy in English and client-preferred languages (Spanish, French, or Creole).

Provide culturally competent, trauma-informed individual, group, and family therapy to students and families in school settings. Deliver crisis intervention, coordinate with school staff and community providers, complete documentation in Netsmart/MIS, run suicide screenings (C-SSRS), co-facilitate caregiver groups, supervise after-school activities, participate in supervision, team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement projects.

Supervise and support a team of Supportive Visitation Specialists, provide trauma-informed, family-centered visitation services, ensure documentation and vehicle maintenance, train and onboard staff, coordinate with child welfare and community providers, transport clients, and share on-call and committee responsibilities.
