Support after-school programming for elementary or middle school youth by assisting the Director with enrollment, daily activities, mentoring, homework help, field trips, Family Nights, and administrative tasks. Able to implement structured, culturally responsive activities and step into the Director role when needed.

Lead and supervise education coaches and flex teachers; oversee implementation and fidelity of Creative Curriculum; manage Teaching Strategies GOLD assessments and analyze child outcome data; provide direct coaching and caseload services; ensure compliance with Head Start standards; coordinate interdisciplinary supports, professional development, community partnerships, and program reporting to improve school readiness.
