Provide administrative HR support including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records management, compliance tracking (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA), employee communications, and HR reporting for multiple clinic locations.

Manages FCHC marketing and public relations activities, including community image promotion, press releases, television and radio appearances, brochures, flyers, healthcare news monitoring, legislative policy awareness, and community relationship development. The role reports to the CEO, supervises no employees, supports customer service standards, protects confidentiality, and promotes the health center’s mission and values.

Provide psychological assessments and diagnostic testing, write evaluation reports with diagnostic formulation and recommendations, deliver feedback to patients/guardians, maintain records, and support integrated primary care teams while following ethical and legal test-security protocols.

The Psychiatrist is responsible for conducting psychiatric evaluations, managing medications, facilitating hospitalizations, and providing education to patients and families, while ensuring compliance with service standards and promoting a culture of safety.

Provide comprehensive primary care services, including examination, diagnosis, treatment, and consultations. Participate in quality improvement and community health activities, covering after-hours and supervising other staff.

The Community Dietitian provides Medical Nutrition Therapy services, collaborates on health outcomes, and supports WIC programs. Responsibilities include nutrition education, assessment, and outreach activities, ensuring culturally appropriate care and participation in professional development.
