Provide front-desk support for a school-based health center: patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, payments, EHR maintenance, phone triage, patient portal assistance, and coordinate with clinical and school staff.

The Community Dietitian provides Medical Nutrition Therapy services, collaborates on health outcomes, and supports WIC programs. Responsibilities include nutrition education, assessment, and outreach activities, ensuring culturally appropriate care and participation in professional development.

Provide comprehensive primary care services, including examination, diagnosis, treatment, and consultations. Participate in quality improvement and community health activities, covering after-hours and supervising other staff.
