Teams at Family Care Health Centers

Provide administrative HR support including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records management, compliance tracking (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA), employee communications, and HR reporting for multiple clinic locations.

Manages FCHC marketing and public relations activities, including community image promotion, press releases, television and radio appearances, brochures, flyers, healthcare news monitoring, legislative policy awareness, and community relationship development. The role reports to the CEO, supervises no employees, supports customer service standards, protects confidentiality, and promotes the health center’s mission and values.

Provide psychological assessments and diagnostic testing, write evaluation reports with diagnostic formulation and recommendations, deliver feedback to patients/guardians, maintain records, and support integrated primary care teams while following ethical and legal test-security protocols.
