Provide proactive executive support to the Founder and CEO, including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, communication, travel coordination, expense administration, and follow-through. Build and optimize low-latency trading infrastructure across AWS, on-premises, and colocation environments. Responsibilities include Linux kernel and network performance tuning, CI/CD for stateful trading systems, infrastructure automation with Terraform and Ansible, observability, incident response, security, and reliability engineering. The role supports FIX and Aeron messaging, containerized workloads, zero-downtime deployments, and continuous reduction of trading latency.

Manage and grow relationships with complex institutional clients across FalconX’s crypto product suite. Responsibilities include account optimization, identifying derivatives and credit opportunities, executive relationship management, strategic sales alignment, cross-functional service coordination, and providing market insights. The role requires institutional finance experience, derivatives or lending expertise, crypto and blockchain knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage large client accounts.

Manage institutional customer onboarding and periodic reviews across US, EU, and APAC jurisdictions. Conduct KYB/KYC, customer risk assessments, adverse media, sanctions, wallet screening, enhanced due diligence, and UBO identification. Maintain audit-ready records, advise business teams on compliance requirements, support regulatory reporting, escalate complex issues, and improve onboarding processes through technology and automation.

Conduct customer due diligence refreshes, enhanced due diligence, sanctions, adverse media, and PEP screening for institutional clients. Analyze transactions, financial statements, counterparties, and monitoring alerts; document decisions and coordinate EDD committees. Support regulatory and auditor requests, board reporting, training, AML risk-control projects, and process automation. Collaborate across compliance, legal, operations, sales, product, and engineering teams while supporting Malta and UK entities.

Manage end-to-end KYC and KYB onboarding for institutional clients, corporate entities, funds, trusts, and HNWIs. Conduct enhanced due diligence, assess regulatory and financial crime risks, investigate anomalies, and escalate concerns. Maintain compliance with AML, CFT, sanctions, privacy, and global regulatory requirements. Collaborate with sales and relationship teams, optimize onboarding workflows, support audits, maintain accurate records, track metrics, and assist with analyst training and policy updates.

In this role, you will manage FalconX's licensing efforts, ensure product compliance with regulations, and act as a regulatory liaison for global inquiries. You will also analyze legislative changes to inform business strategies.

Architect and develop low-latency electronic trading systems using Rust and Java. Build market-data pipelines, order and execution management systems, risk checks, session controls, venue connectivity, Aeron messaging, and SBE schemas. Integrate exchange APIs and design resilient order lifecycles, trade data pipelines, reconciliation, monitoring, and compliance systems. Own the full software development lifecycle while collaborating with quant, trading, infrastructure, and data teams.

Supports and improves low-latency electronic trading platforms through infrastructure automation, observability, incident response, performance tuning, security, and production support. Builds and manages cloud-native systems, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and operational tooling. Collaborates with engineering and business teams, participates in on-call rotations, investigates incidents, manages service requests, and optimizes trading systems for reliability, scalability, security, and minimal latency.

Lead the Credit engineering team responsible for margin notification and loan booking systems. Own system reliability, data accuracy, architectural integrity, technical roadmaps, refactoring, and pragmatic delivery. Partner with product and business stakeholders on prioritization and trade-offs while managing, mentoring, hiring, and retaining senior engineers. Integrate modern and AI-enabled development tools to improve team efficiency. Fintech, lending, credit, or distributed-systems experience is preferred.

The Director leads technical accounting and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing audits, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Architect and build scalable, robust risk management systems for institutional crypto trading. Develop, maintain, and enhance proprietary risk tools, infrastructure, data, and processes. Collaborate with risk, product, and engineering teams, ensure performance and reliability, and coach teammates on supporting the risk stack.

Lead technical accounting and financial reporting for a CFTC-registered swap dealer, managing teams and offshore resources, reconciling high-volume custodial and on-chain data, ensuring U.S. GAAP and SEC compliance, driving ASC 606/805 research, coordinating capital and regulatory filings, and preparing SEC registration disclosures while optimizing NetSuite integrations and reporting processes.

Design and maintain ultra-low-latency AWS and hybrid network topologies for trading systems. Perform Linux kernel and network performance tuning, automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, and scale platforms for market-making workflows. Build observability pipelines with Grafana/Alloy, lead incident escalations, mentor engineers, and drive the technical roadmap.
