Teams at FalconX

Lead and build FalconX’s Electronic Trading Sales franchise, bringing an established client book and winning hedge funds, quant funds, market makers, proprietary firms, asset managers, and banks. Define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and coverage; onboard clients through KYC, credit, and technical integration; grow trading flow; translate client needs into product requirements; partner with Trading, Product, Engineering, and Risk; and represent FalconX with senior industry stakeholders.

Build and optimize low-latency trading infrastructure across AWS, on-premises, and colocation environments. Responsibilities include Linux kernel and network performance tuning, CI/CD for stateful trading systems, infrastructure automation with Terraform and Ansible, observability, incident response, security, and reliability engineering. The role supports FIX and Aeron messaging, containerized workloads, zero-downtime deployments, and continuous reduction of trading latency.

Manage and grow relationships with complex institutional clients across FalconX’s crypto product suite. Responsibilities include account optimization, identifying derivatives and credit opportunities, executive relationship management, strategic sales alignment, cross-functional service coordination, and providing market insights. The role requires institutional finance experience, derivatives or lending expertise, crypto and blockchain knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage large client accounts.
