Manage settlement requests and reconciliations for a portfolio of counterparties; coordinate with trading, treasury, compliance, accounting, and external banks/custodians; monitor inventory for settlement and lending/borrowing; resolve breaks and improve reconciliation processes while adhering to regulatory controls and KPIs.

The Director leads technical accounting and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing audits, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Lead the Risk product vision and roadmap, build and scale 0-to-1 risk infrastructure, write specs/PRDs, translate complex TradFi risk concepts into technical requirements, collaborate with engineering and risk teams, use SQL to build dashboards and monitor portfolio Greeks, and integrate new asset classes, DeFi, and complex OTC derivatives into the risk framework.
