Answer inbound donor calls, process donations and pledges accurately, follow campaign procedures, provide professional donor service, and enter information while navigating systems. Contractors work remotely, independently manage selected schedules, and maintain dependable availability. The role requires customer-service experience, strong communication, accurate typing and data entry, a quiet workspace, and specified computer and internet equipment.
