Leads nonprofit fundraising and development efforts by cultivating donors, securing major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, and sponsorships. Develops revenue strategies, manages annual giving, plans fundraising events, coordinates board and community engagement, prepares donor communications, tracks budgets, and maintains donor records. Reports to the CEO and collaborates with staff, volunteers, partners, and the CFO to achieve organizational fundraising goals.
