Teams at Faithbridge Church

A 10-month, full-time ministry residency combining Bible and theology coursework with hands-on ministry service. Residents plan and execute weekly programming, support church-wide events, build relationships with attendees, disciple people, recruit and screen volunteers, and work alongside ministry staff. The role includes regular in-person work, evening commitments, special events, and required participation in Christmas Eve and Easter programming.

Create and execute social media strategy for church-wide and ministry events; capture and edit photo/video content; publish and promote posts; manage paid social ads; engage community and respond to messages; maintain digital asset libraries and analytics; collaborate with ministry leaders to support communications.

The Media Producer is responsible for producing, directing, and editing audio and visual content, managing media assets, and supporting live productions to promote church events and the Gospel.
