Maintain compliance logs, client files, calendars, records, filings, testing, and documentation for registered investment adviser compliance programs. Support senior compliance and relationship managers, enter data into internal software, track deadlines, prioritize tasks, and assist with SEC examination preparation and development of compliance manuals, codes of ethics, and cybersecurity policies.

Support vendor due diligence and reporting, issue diligence requests, interface with third-party providers on privacy and data security, attend relevant committee meetings, maintain vendor and security records, and participate in team meetings. Summer-to-fall internship with potential for advancement.
