Build and maintain full-stack web and WinForms applications using C# and .NET. Design databases, APIs, and user-facing features; optimize performance, security, and code quality; integrate front-end and back-end systems; and troubleshoot defects. Develop and deploy machine learning models and AI-assisted features using LLM APIs and retrieval-augmented generation, while monitoring production accuracy, latency, and cost.

Supports the compliance team with document scanning and filing, transaction and statement reviews, compliance log maintenance, procedure testing, regulatory document preparation, records and workflow updates, data entry, and administrative assistance to senior compliance consultants. The role is part-time and intended for students interested in investment adviser regulations and compliance operations.

Maintain compliance logs, client files, calendars, records, filings, testing, and documentation for registered investment adviser compliance programs. Support senior compliance and relationship managers, enter data into internal software, track deadlines, prioritize tasks, and assist with SEC examination preparation and development of compliance manuals, codes of ethics, and cybersecurity policies.
