Leads nationwide or regional loan recovery operations, setting field strategies, targets, KPIs, and recovery plans. Oversees borrower visits, skip-tracing, settlements, compliance audits, field teams, and third-party agents. Lead pre-release regression and validation for iOS and Android, own release readiness, build and maintain mobile automation in CI, design end-to-end test coverage, perform exploratory testing on risky flows and poor-network/low-end devices, use and audit AI tools for test generation and triage, and verify fixes while preventing regressions.

Own end-to-end credit strategy for an Android lending workstream: set roadmap, forecasts, and P&L; design experiments and PD/eligibility rules; implement decision-engine rules; define back-testing, validation and rollout plans; monitor performance and drive corrective actions; collaborate cross-functionally and mentor other analysts to ensure controlled, profitable growth.

Develop, test, and maintain the Android mobile application across the full SDLC. Deliver high-quality, clean code, implement tests (unit, instrumented, end-to-end), work with multi-module architectures, apply Clean Architecture and Coroutines/RxJava, participate in pair programming and code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
