Develop, test, and maintain features for FairMoney’s native Android mobile banking application across the full software development lifecycle. The role involves writing clean, high-quality Kotlin or Java code, working with multi-module applications, Clean Architecture, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines or RxJava. Responsibilities include unit, instrumented, and end-to-end testing, pair programming, code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with distributed engineering teams.

Design and build scalable backend, platform, and distributed systems supporting FairMoney’s financial products. Responsibilities include Golang backend development, architecture and technology decisions, relational database design, reliability and performance improvements, CI/CD and infrastructure enhancements, code reviews, testing, and technical mentorship. The role owns medium to large projects from design through deployment and collaborates with product and engineering teams to deliver resilient services for millions of customers.

Leads and mentors software engineers building reliable, scalable backend systems for lending and credit products. Owns technical direction, architecture, delivery, system reliability, engineering standards, incident management, and team development. Partners with Product, Risk, Data, and other stakeholders while contributing hands-on code. The role requires expertise in distributed systems, backend development, databases, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and financial technology domains.
