Lead and scale FairMoney's multidisciplinary design function across Product and Marketing. Define design vision, drive UX/UI excellence, embed AI into creative workflows, elevate brand and campaign creative, mentor designers, and partner with Product, Growth and Engineering to improve acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention metrics.

Write clear, user-centered copy across products and marketing channels. Translate complex financial products into simple messaging, create campaign concepts, adapt tone for Nigerian audiences, collaborate cross-functionally, proofread for accuracy and compliance, and support launches, campaigns, and customer education.

The Relationship Manager will lead merchant acquiring strategies across sectors, manage the team, monitor KPIs, and drive sales growth for FairMoney.
