Analyze lending lifecycle data to improve credit performance, collections, recovery, customer experience, and growth. Build real-time dashboards, automate recurring reports, monitor credit and risk metrics, evaluate user journeys and A/B tests, and support credit scoring and segmentation. Collaborate with Data Engineering on pipelines, ETL, warehouses, and governance while ensuring accurate regulatory reporting aligned with Central Bank of Nigeria guidelines.

Create clear, persuasive, and culturally relevant copy for FairMoney’s digital products, marketing campaigns, CRM communications, social media, and customer education initiatives. Simplify complex financial concepts, develop campaign messaging, maintain brand consistency, and edit content for accuracy and compliance. The role collaborates with Product, Growth, Design, Marketing, CRM, and Customer Experience teams while supporting launches and localized communications for Nigerian audiences.

Lead and mentor engineering squads building identity, authentication, KYC, and backend systems. Provide technical direction for scalable distributed systems, ensure quality, security, reliability, and testing standards, and collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders. Manage performance, hiring, team development, and technical strategy while monitoring production systems and driving continuous improvements.
