Lead Fairmat’s global recycling and feedstock sales strategy across Europe, North America, and China. Build and scale the commercial team, secure feedstock partnerships, develop new accounts, negotiate long-term agreements, and deliver immediate and future material volumes. Partner with executive, technical, legal, product, quality, and operations teams to launch and expand industrial relationships. The role requires hands-on business development, complex B2B negotiation, market creation, strategic planning, and frequent international customer travel.

Leads Fairmat’s global Operations and Finance organization, building scalable operating systems across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, industrial planning, and finance. Reporting to the CEO, this executive role integrates customer demand, product development, industrial capacity, and financial planning across Europe, North America, and China. The leader will improve reliability, resource allocation, root-cause resolution, and operational scalability while working closely with factory teams and cross-functional executives.

Sell Fairmat's recycled composite materials across Europe and Asia. Own business development, full sales cycle, and negotiation with C-level and technical buyers. Close 4–8 contracts yearly, manage key accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure smooth handover to operations. Represent the company at trade shows, collaborate with Product and Marketing, and report pipeline and KPIs via CRM.
