The Sr. Project Manager, Automation leads planning and delivery of complex capital projects in manufacturing automation, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead franchise/bottler performance management and analytics: maintain reporting suite and dashboards, provide data-driven insights from syndicated and internal sources, support Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and joint planning, build bottler scorecards, drive cross-functional alignment, and enable strategic planning to improve volume, distribution, and execution.

Manage end-to-end capital projects (processing, packaging, safety, buildings/infrastructure) at Webster, NY plant: lead design, budget, installation, commissioning, validation, and cross-functional coordination to meet safety, quality, and operational standards.

Lead consumer insights by designing and executing qual and quant research, translating POS and panel data into actionable brand and go-to-market recommendations. Manage vendor partnerships, deliver brand health tracking, support performance monitoring, and influence cross-functional teams with storytelling and strategic insights.

The Utilities & Mechanical Engineer oversees utility systems for plants, ensuring capacity, reliability, and operational efficiency, while supporting project design and construction.

Support dairy product development and commercialization through lab and pilot plant work: formulation, ingredient testing, scale-up, analytical testing, documentation, sensory evaluation, and cross-functional coordination to enable product launches.

Serve as strategic HR leader for a 300-employee manufacturing facility, driving workforce development, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, HR operations, change management, and HRIS/payroll oversight. Lead mechanical reliability and improvement work for high-speed dairy processing and packaging equipment. Design experiments, perform RCA/BDA, update documentation, manage spare parts and PMs in D365, support start-ups/commissioning, drive CI/Lean, GMP and 5S initiatives, and own capital project execution to reduce MTTR and improve MTBF.

Design and run mechanistic research connecting dairy molecular science to pilot and commercial manufacturing. Lead root-cause investigations into stability, age-gelation, sedimentation, and flavor kinetics. Develop and validate analytical methods (rheology, chromatography, particle sizing, volatile profiling), transfer methods to plant QA, draft SOPs, and recommend processing/formulation optimizations. Mentor junior staff and potentially build a small team; partner with Product Development, Operations, and Engineering to improve yield, thermal efficiency, and shelf life.

Oversee daily/nightly operations of the Coopersville processing department, manage supervisors and staffing, ensure product quality and food safety (GMP/CIP), coordinate production schedules and maintenance, manage budgets, lead audits and regulatory interactions, and implement Lean/5S and continuous improvement practices.

Design, administer, and improve EHS management system applications aligned to ISO 45001/14001. Configure workflows, maintain controlled EHS data, build integrations with enterprise systems, support compliance and audits, develop SOPs and training, and provide system support and continual improvement across manufacturing sites.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics using UFDM to support manufacturing operations. Collaborate with factory leadership, engineering, IT, and Decision Intelligence to acquire and validate machine-level data, drive operational insights, enforce data governance, and train end users to improve operational KPIs and decision-making.

Lead analysis and reduction of dairy product losses across production through mass-balance modeling, data-driven reporting, root-cause problem solving, cross-functional project leadership, and implementation of process improvements and tracking tools to reduce waste and translate losses into financial impact.

The Quality Project Manager ensures quality workstreams for large capital projects, overseeing lab design, utility coordination, and FDA compliance while managing timelines and budgets.

The Process Automation Engineer will oversee automation process design and improvement projects, work cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, compliance, and safety in processing operations, and support the development of new technologies and processes.
