It is a full-time, in-office position requiring occasional evening and weekend availability.

The Regional Manager oversees a multi-property residential portfolio, ensuring financial and operational performance, occupancy, revenue, and expense targets are achieved. Responsibilities include leading, recruiting, coaching, and developing property management teams; enforcing policies, Fair Housing requirements, safety standards, and compliance; conducting property visits; managing budgets and operating plans; and implementing technology, capital improvements, and process enhancements.
