Designs, builds, and delivers training programs for property management teams; creates materials, runs workshops (in-person and virtual), tracks learner progress, ensures compliance, collaborates with department leaders, and travels regionally (30–40%) to implement and evaluate learning initiatives.

Provides comprehensive, confidential support to the CEO, including calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, communications, filing, personal matters, and special projects. The role requires exceptional discretion, judgment, organization, flexibility, communication, and proactive problem-solving. It is a full-time, in-office position requiring occasional evening and weekend availability.

The Regional Manager oversees a multi-property residential portfolio, ensuring financial and operational performance, occupancy, revenue, and expense targets are achieved. Responsibilities include leading, recruiting, coaching, and developing property management teams; enforcing policies, Fair Housing requirements, safety standards, and compliance; conducting property visits; managing budgets and operating plans; and implementing technology, capital improvements, and process enhancements.
