Performs diagnostic radiographic exams and prepares images for radiologist interpretation. Operates radiography equipment and facility computer systems, administers oral/IV contrast per protocol, transports and positions patients safely, assists physicians with radiographic procedures, and documents patient care and quality control.

Lead medication safety, clinical pharmacy programs, regulatory readiness, and pharmacy informatics while supervising staff and supporting daily pharmacy operations and performance improvement. Acts for the Pharmacy Manager as needed and maintains limited clinical practice to ensure competency.

Facilitate data queries and reporting, collaborate with departments to reduce risk, and educate staff on continuous improvement. Provide analytical support and other duties as assigned.

Supervise day-to-day operations of outpatient specialty offices (Pulmonology, Infectious Disease & Wound Therapy). Recruit and orient staff, assign and monitor work, assist with performance appraisals and disciplinary actions, ensure appropriate staffing and education, and support departmental projects and scheduling.

Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise individual patient care on a medical progressive care unit. Administer medications and treatments, document care, educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians and team members, and ensure equipment and supplies are available and processes comply with policies.

Develop and execute recruiting strategies; source candidates via traditional and digital channels; coordinate and conduct interviews; build candidate pipelines; maintain applicant data; collaborate with hiring managers; support onboarding and deliver recruitment reports and analysis.

Provide direct patient care and technical support for cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures. Prepare sterile field and equipment, monitor vitals and EKG/pressure tracings, assist with pacemaker/ICD procedures, operate imaging and recording systems, perform specimen collection, maintain equipment and supplies, support documentation and quality assurance, and teach allied health students and staff.

Supervises daily operations of a medical-surgical unit, including staffing, scheduling, hiring interviews, orientation, education monitoring, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and implementation of departmental projects to ensure appropriate patient care and staffing levels.

Develops and delivers clinical orientation and training, assesses learning needs and staff competency, evaluates education effectiveness, partners with departments on quality improvement, and supports continuous learning to improve clinical performance.
