Provide onsite IT support for employees across software, hardware, peripherals, and desktop environments. Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate ITSM tickets through Freshservice, diagnose technical issues, and communicate solutions to nontechnical users. Support Windows workstations and servers, Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, and macOS integration. Travel between company locations as needed using a personal vehicle.

Administer and continuously improve endpoint management platforms across Windows and macOS devices. Configure endpoint policies, applications, agents, device settings, software distribution, operating system deployment, provisioning, patching, and compliance controls. Partner with cybersecurity and service desk teams to resolve complex issues. Support endpoint projects, automation, reporting, documentation, testing, and operational transitions.
