Lead the EHS organization for a battery manufacturing facility in Cheonan, establishing compliance frameworks, safety and environmental management systems, risk assessments, emergency response, permit and contractor safety management, audits/inspections, training, and reporting to drive regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead and optimize battery cell mass-production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets. Manage production teams, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), monitor KPIs (OEE, yield, cycle time), support NPI and ramp-up, oversee budgets and resource planning, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.

Lead full-lifecycle MES implementation and optimization for solid-state battery production: requirements, customization, equipment integration, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), SOPs, data traceability, production scheduling, troubleshooting, and cross-functional digital transformation to support NPI and mass production ramp-up.

Lead development, commissioning, and mass-production validation of pouch-cell formation equipment. Optimize charge/discharge and power control, retrofit machines to improve OEE and yield, run FAT/SAT and IQ/OQ/PQ, apply DOE/SPC/8D/PFMEA for defect resolution, and build standardized equipment management and SOPs for formation stations.

Lead end-to-end HR operations for Korea, ensuring compliance with Korean labor law, payroll and immigration; partner with leaders on workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, and organizational effectiveness; implement global HR programs locally and build scalable HR processes.

Provide SEC reporting and corporate governance support for a public company, assist with disclosures, board and committee materials, equity plan administration, and negotiate commercial agreements. Support compliance (insider trading, Reg FD, export control, privacy), coordinate with finance/IR, and assist with internal investigations and compliance training.
