Manage accounting operations for Factorial Energy’s South Korea manufacturing entity, including the general ledger, journal entries, inventory and cost accounting, accounts payable, financial close, statutory reporting, audits, tax coordination, and internal controls. The role partners with manufacturing, supply chain, and U.S. finance teams, drives ERP and process improvements, and mentors local accounting staff while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and Korean statutory requirements.

Lead full-lifecycle MES implementation and optimization for solid-state battery production: requirements, customization, equipment integration, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), SOPs, data traceability, production scheduling, troubleshooting, and cross-functional digital transformation to support NPI and mass production ramp-up.
