Process invoices, payroll reviews, month-/year-end closes, reconciliations, statutory reporting, intercompany and transfer pricing support, audit preparation, bank reconciliations, fixed asset management, and finance process improvements.

Build production-grade AI-enabled contract intelligence products across backend and frontend: design APIs, ingestion, retrieval, async job systems, caching, security, Azure deployments, observability, and polished React/TypeScript UIs. Move prototypes to production, improve developer experience, and use AI-assisted coding responsibly.

Senior Associate responsible for drafting, negotiating, and overseeing a wide range of commercial, IP/IT, software, and services contracts for large global clients. Lead complex negotiations, mentor junior team members, ensure delivery commitments, maintain client systems data, develop templates and playbooks, and improve client contracting processes while adhering to ISMS policies and quality controls.
