The Associate II, Contract Management will draft and negotiate various contracts, manage data, and improve service delivery for clients in legal services.

Reviews and analyzes commercial and financial services contracts, captures contractual clauses, prepares templates, and performs quality control. Trains and oversees contract analysts, supports client deliverables, develops training materials, and handles escalations. The role requires a law degree, two years of document review or commercial contracts experience, strong attention to detail, client and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Conduct contract analysis and quality checks, capture contractual clauses, prepare templates, review commercial and financial services agreements, and oversee Contract Analysts. The role also supports quality control, training materials, client deliverables, stakeholder communication, escalations, and timely handoffs across legal and regulatory projects.
