Build and operate secure, reliable Azure infrastructure for a SaaS platform. Responsibilities include Terraform-based infrastructure as code, Azure DevOps CI/CD, security and compliance controls, production support, incident response, observability with Datadog, FinOps, automation, self-healing capabilities, and developer enablement. The role also supports cloud governance, troubleshooting distributed systems, root-cause remediation, and infrastructure cost optimization.

Provides customer support for FacilityOS software, hardware, mobile applications, and integrations. Diagnoses and resolves technical issues, troubleshoots networking and devices, escalates defects to internal teams, creates documentation and training materials, and improves support processes. The role requires customer-facing digital support experience, SQL knowledge, hardware and software installation skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Manage the commercial and operational infrastructure for global channel partnerships. Responsibilities include maintaining partner agreements, pricing and discount frameworks, approved vendor status, price books, order booking processes, deal registration, enablement content, partner portal requirements, and channel team onboarding. The role collaborates with RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product, procurement teams, and channel leadership to standardize processes and improve partner operations.

Lead end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. Configure software, hardware, mobile apps, integrations, permissions, and customer workflows. Troubleshoot technical issues, validate data imports using SQL, coordinate with Engineering and QA, deliver training, and maintain implementation documentation. Manage timelines, scope, risks, stakeholder communication, and handoffs to Support and Customer Success while improving implementation processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining partner agreements, aligning tiers and pricing, managing approved vendor status and partner price books, streamlining order booking, supporting deal registration, creating enablement content, documenting partner knowledge, and coordinating with RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product, and Channel leadership.

Own and grow enterprise BPO and facility management partner relationships across North America. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through complex enterprise sales cycles, develop whitespace opportunities, enable partner sales teams, manage CRM pipeline and forecasting, coordinate multi-site deal delivery, and provide partner feedback to improve channel programs. The role requires quota-carrying experience, consultative relationship management, enterprise deal expertise, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel to partner locations and events.

Prospect into assigned territories through calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other outreach methods. Conduct discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, nurture leads, schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives, and meet monthly targets. The role also involves developing messaging, collaborating with sales teams on vertical-based campaigns, using prospecting tools, and providing feedback to improve BDR effectiveness.

Lead execution of an enterprise AI program: govern a portfolio of cross-functional AI initiatives, build org-wide AI enablement and infrastructure, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, report program health to C-suite, and coach departments through AI adoption.

Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and desktop SaaS applications: review requirements, create test plans/cases, execute tests, document and track defects, run integrations and regressions, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes.

Design, build, and maintain the data warehouse and data lake, schemas, and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines to support AI agents and analytics. Implement data governance, quality checks, lineage, and access controls to meet ISO27001 and SOC2 Type 2. Partner with AI, InfoSec, and product teams to enable agent orchestration, integrate with Microsoft 365/Graph/OAuth, monitor platform health and costs, and support AI program planning and documentation.

Lead a hybrid sales team (7-9 AEs) responsible for new logo acquisition and expansion. Recruit, train, coach, forecast, manage pipeline, attend customer calls, and partner cross-functionally to exceed revenue targets.

Lead backend design, development, and maintenance of .NET-based services; modernize legacy systems incrementally; write tests and perform code reviews; troubleshoot production issues; collaborate with engineering, product and architecture to deliver scalable cloud-native SaaS/PaaS solutions.

Build and maintain FacilityOS's AI agent architecture: RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, integrations with Microsoft 365/Outlook/Teams, secure auth, evaluation harnesses, compliance-ready deployment, and cross-functional enablement for department-owned agents.

Build, maintain, and modernize backend .NET services; understand legacy systems; design scalable RESTful APIs; write tests and perform code reviews; troubleshoot production issues; collaborate with architects and product teams to improve platform and delivery.

Lead GTM planning, forecasting, and pipeline analytics to drive revenue growth. Own territory and quota design, incentive planning, and executive reporting. Translate data into strategic insights, partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product, and build intelligence-led RevOps capabilities using BI, automation, and scenario modeling.

Develop, review, and maintain full-stack .NET web applications across the FacilityOS platform. Participate in code reviews, use static analysis tools, troubleshoot staging/production issues, collaborate with engineering and project managers, and research platform improvements.
