Lead execution of an enterprise AI program: govern a portfolio of cross-functional AI initiatives, build org-wide AI enablement and infrastructure, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, report program health to C-suite, and coach departments through AI adoption.

Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and desktop SaaS applications: review requirements, create test plans/cases, execute tests, document and track defects, run integrations and regressions, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes.

Outbound-focused BDR responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and booking demos in an assigned territory using calls, email, LinkedIn, and prospecting tools. Develop messaging and cadences, run discovery conversations, collaborate with Account Executives, meet monthly targets, and provide feedback to improve BDR effectiveness.

Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of customers by proactively driving product adoption, analyzing usage data to prioritize actions, mitigating churn risk, collaborating with sales and product teams, and building scalable customer success processes.

Own and project-manage end-to-end customer onboarding for FacilityOS: run training sessions, configure software to customer use cases, coordinate kiosk/hardware delivery, ensure data handling compliance, drive fast time-to-value and high CSAT, and improve onboarding processes.

Own and scale paid acquisition across channels (LinkedIn, Google, Bing, YouTube, display). Plan full-funnel campaigns to drive awareness and pipeline, optimize targeting/budgets/creative, ensure tracking and CRM integration, collaborate with demand gen, content, and sales, and support ABM using data-driven testing and performance analysis.

Provide multi-channel technical support for FacilityOS products and hardware (iPads, printers, connectivity). Troubleshoot issues, document and reproduce bugs, escalate to Engineering/QA, create help center content and internal enablement materials, and optimize support processes while maintaining ownership of customer communication.

Implement, test, and deploy FacilityOS solutions including data integrations, workflows, and custom SQL queries. Manage integrations with third-party systems (HR, AD, SSO, ERP), troubleshoot and support deployments, write unit tests, collaborate across teams, and use tools like Jira and Zendesk. Hybrid role with occasional on-site travel for installations and training.

Provide customer support via email, chat, phone, and video; diagnose and resolve software, hardware, mobile app, and integration issues; reproduce and document bugs; liaise with Engineering, QA, and Professional Services; create customer and internal documentation and training; and improve support processes to increase team efficiency.

Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, support integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, etc.), build automations and campaigns, maintain data hygiene and reporting, document processes, and collaborate with revenue operations and marketing teams to improve attribution and pipeline.

Manage digital customer engagement programs at scale: run automated campaigns and lifecycle journeys, analyze engagement and product usage, identify expansion and at-risk customers, and improve playbooks to drive adoption and retention.

Develop, review, and maintain full-stack .NET web applications across the FacilityOS platform. Participate in code reviews, use static analysis tools, troubleshoot staging/production issues, collaborate with engineering and project managers, and research platform improvements.

Own the full sales cycle for an assigned vertical (SMB–Enterprise): prospect, build pipeline, demo the platform, close new logos and expansions, coordinate with BDR/SDR, Sales Engineering and marketing, document opportunities in Salesforce, negotiate contracts, and hand off to Customer Success.
