Own customer growth and advocacy marketing programs that drive product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, site expansion, and expansion pipeline. Develop segmented campaigns, customer journeys, webinars, communications, advocacy programs, case studies, and referrals using CRM and engagement platforms. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other teams. Measure pipeline, engagement, conversion, adoption, advocacy, and ROI while improving data quality and campaign performance.

Build and operate secure, reliable Azure infrastructure for a SaaS platform. Responsibilities include Terraform-based infrastructure as code, Azure DevOps CI/CD, security and compliance controls, production support, incident response, observability with Datadog, FinOps, automation, self-healing capabilities, and developer enablement. The role also supports cloud governance, troubleshooting distributed systems, root-cause remediation, and infrastructure cost optimization.

Provides customer support for FacilityOS software, hardware, mobile applications, and integrations. Diagnoses and resolves technical issues, troubleshoots networking and devices, escalates defects to internal teams, creates documentation and training materials, and improves support processes. The role requires customer-facing digital support experience, SQL knowledge, hardware and software installation skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
