Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of customers by proactively driving product adoption, analyzing usage data to prioritize actions, mitigating churn risk, collaborating with sales and product teams, and building scalable customer success processes.

Own and project-manage end-to-end customer onboarding for FacilityOS: run training sessions, configure software to customer use cases, coordinate kiosk/hardware delivery, ensure data handling compliance, drive fast time-to-value and high CSAT, and improve onboarding processes.

Manage month-end close, consolidations, reconciliations, and year-end audit; prepare financial statements and reports under US GAAP; advise on accounting policy; mentor staff; support FP&A, tax filings, and finance projects including M&A and system implementations.
