Provide hands-on IT support across office, retail, and event operations. Manage device lifecycle, inventories, identity and access (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), MFA, endpoint security, and basic security controls. Evaluate and manage MDM, endpoint protection, helpdesk, and device inventory tools. Support secure, practical adoption of AI and automation, and collaborate with leadership to prioritize IT and process improvements.

Process and organize trading card singles for inventory: sort and evaluate card condition, open sealed TCG products, and perform inventory data entry. Train under experienced processing team; role serves as entry point for career growth.

Own processing, grading, imaging, listing, packaging, and secure storage of high-end trading cards. Maintain inventory quality, flag items for promotion, and produce monthly performance reports and insights.

Coordinate HR activities including policy implementation, recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, benefits administration, payroll support, HRIS maintenance, and ensuring legal compliance and continuous HR improvements.

Prepare and maintain monthly balance-sheet reconciliations; post journal entries and support month-end close; reconcile multi-entity and multi-currency activity; support inventory and COGS reconciliations; maintain records and SOPs in NetSuite; assist with audit prep, tax filings, and ad hoc analyses.
