Provides customer and sales representative support for furniture and rug quotes, orders, product information, and shipment status. Processes orders and quotes, maintains order and financial records, tracks claims, coordinates with production and workroom teams, and resolves inquiries through phone, email, and web communications. Requires strong organization, communication, data entry, Microsoft Office proficiency, and customer service experience.

Maintains and organizes digital asset libraries, validates image quality, naming conventions, metadata, and product classifications, and coordinates asset corrections and distribution. Tracks product launches, troubleshoots DAM and website access or image discrepancies, updates digital records, and supports internal users through training. The role also provides administrative assistance, assists with photography preparation, and manages physical samples while collaborating with IT, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.

Leads business systems strategy, enterprise applications, PMO governance, data governance, master data, analytics, and process improvement. Manages multidisciplinary teams and oversees ERP, WMS, integrations, Power BI, vendor relationships, project portfolios, change management, and system lifecycles. Acts as the primary liaison between business leadership and IT, ensuring technology investments align with organizational priorities and deliver operational and financial value.
