Hands-on HR Generalist supporting a small manufacturing company: manage HRIS (Paylocity), employee relations and investigations, OSHA and FMLA compliance, benefits administration, payroll support, training coordination, culture and engagement initiatives, recordkeeping, and recruitment support.

Design mechanical products from concept to manufacturable designs: create solid models, build and test prototypes, perform FEA, research purchased components, observe manufacturing for improvements, ensure code/strength compliance, engage end users, and manage multiple projects through NPI.

Create and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize flow. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Sales; manage ERP scheduling data; analyze delays and implement process improvements to support on-time delivery and lean initiatives.

Lead and optimize shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations across two manufacturing divisions. Manage logistics teams, ensure safe material handling, oversee order fulfillment and receiving accuracy, coordinate with suppliers/carriers/production, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
