Hands-on HR Generalist supporting a small manufacturing company: manage HRIS (Paylocity), employee relations and investigations, OSHA and FMLA compliance, benefits administration, payroll support, training coordination, culture and engagement initiatives, recordkeeping, and recruitment support.

Design mechanical products from concept to manufacturable designs: create solid models, build and test prototypes, perform FEA, research purchased components, observe manufacturing for improvements, ensure code/strength compliance, engage end users, and manage multiple projects through NPI.

Create and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize flow. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Sales; manage ERP scheduling data; analyze delays and implement process improvements to support on-time delivery and lean initiatives.
