Develop inspection methods, testing procedures, process controls, and quality documentation; ensure compliance with customer and industry standards; lead audits and certifications; mentor quality technicians; and apply Lean tools, root cause analysis, SPC, and value stream mapping to reduce defects, improve process capability, and increase operational efficiency.

Supervise shipping, receiving, warehouse, material-handling, and delivery operations across two manufacturing divisions. Lead warehouse associates, drivers, and production support staff; coordinate carriers; verify purchase orders and shipping documentation; oversee packaging, loading, unloading, inventory updates, and order fulfillment. Resolve logistics delays, enforce safety procedures, and improve warehouse efficiency while meeting customer delivery deadlines.
