Lead development and production readiness of high-temperature superalloy castings for aerospace applications. Own process development from melt to accepted hardware, eliminate defects, tighten process windows, develop SPC/DOE-led controls, work with simulation and equipment teams, and transition processes to stable production while interfacing with customers and stakeholders.

Six-month on-site marketing internship working with the CEO to build Fabri's marketing function: produce and edit photo/video, design decks and graphics, write and publish social content, integrate AI tools into workflows, perform market/competitive research, and support investor and customer meeting prep in the aerospace and defense sector.

Founding 5-axis machinist responsible for building Fabri's machining capability: select and maintain equipment, program and operate 5-axis CNC machines, develop tooling/fixturing and CAM workflows, troubleshoot GD&T and dimensional issues, define inspection strategies with metrology, and collaborate with casting, additive, and software teams to scale machining operations.

Build and extend manufacturing software pipelines, backend services, and operator tools using C++ and Python. Integrate systems with factory workflows, collect and model process data, and collaborate with manufacturing and process engineers to automate and scale production.
