Build and extend manufacturing software pipelines, backend services, and operator tools using C++ and Python. Integrate systems with factory workflows, collect and model process data, and collaborate with manufacturing and process engineers to automate and scale production.

Lead development and production readiness of high-temperature superalloy castings for aerospace applications. Own process development from melt to accepted hardware, eliminate defects, tighten process windows, develop SPC/DOE-led controls, work with simulation and equipment teams, and transition processes to stable production while interfacing with customers and stakeholders.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of custom manufacturing equipment. Translate process requirements into mechanical systems, make build-vs-buy decisions, prototype and deploy hardware, and establish practices for in-house equipment development while mentoring a growing team.

Hands-on internship to design, build, and test mechanical systems and fixtures for a digital foundry. Responsibilities include resin 3D printing and part processing, rapid CAD-to-fabrication prototyping, machining/fabrication and tolerancing work, thermal/structural analysis, multidisciplinary troubleshooting, and contributing to tooling, fixtures, and automation hardware.

Six-month on-site marketing internship working with the CEO to build Fabri's marketing function: produce and edit photo/video, design decks and graphics, write and publish social content, integrate AI tools into workflows, perform market/competitive research, and support investor and customer meeting prep in the aerospace and defense sector.

Develop and own solidification physics for high-temperature investment castings: predict and control mushy-zone feeding, shrinkage, porosity, and grain structure; design processes and custom foundry hardware; develop thermal/solidification simulations; perform root-cause analysis; transition processes to qualified production and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.

Lead design, architecture, and deployment of custom manufacturing equipment. Translate process requirements into scalable mechanical systems, drive build vs. buy decisions, prototype and commission hardware, and establish practices for equipment development. Report to CEO, shape technical roadmap, and grow a mechanical engineering and equipment organization.
