Part-time in-office role reporting to the COO managing bookkeeping (AP/AR) and records in bill.com, supporting payroll, preparing financial data for accountants, running office operations and vendor relations, handling onboarding logistics, managing user access, and providing executive administrative support. Must be a U.S. national and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Six-month on-site marketing internship working with the CEO to build Fabri's marketing function: produce and edit photo/video, design decks and graphics, write and publish social content, integrate AI tools into workflows, perform market/competitive research, and support investor and customer meeting prep in the aerospace and defense sector.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of custom manufacturing equipment. Translate process requirements into mechanical systems, make build-vs-buy decisions, prototype and deploy hardware, and establish practices for in-house equipment development while mentoring a growing team.
