Lead FP&A forecasting, budgeting, OpEx/CapEx reporting, and complex financial modeling for retail, wholesale, Amazon, and emerging channels. Produce KPI reporting, variance and ad hoc analysis, executive and board reporting, long-range planning, store capital planning, and automation of forecasting models. Partner with cross-functional leaders and support strategic decision-making and special projects.

Lead and scale the styling organization across brands and channels. Manage and mentor a team of five stylists, build scalable workflows, oversee styling operations for ecommerce, editorial and campaigns, partner cross-functionally with Production, Merchandising and Marketing, support special projects and celebrity productions, and maintain high creative and operational standards.

Build and own scalable project management processes for photo and video production, ensuring launch readiness for creative assets. Manage cross-functional stakeholder coordination, intake systems, trackers/dashboards, resourcing, and post-production workflow improvements. Identify and implement AI solutions to automate repeatable tasks and increase throughput while proactively flagging risks and protecting launch timelines.
